About Best Life

Thank you for your interested in Living Your Best Life Services.

Living Your Best Life is a senior support group created and facilitated by E. Cinqué Barlow, LCSW, LICSW, a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health program development and direct care. Living Your Best Life is available to senior centers, municipal senior services, community organizations, and other agencies looking to provide meaningful behavioral health and wellness programming for older adults. Each engagement includes full program development, facilitation, and evaluation — from initial needs assessment through final performance review.
